Terms and conditions:

1 - All no shows will be billed full fare.

2- A cancellation fee will be charged if 24 hour advance notice is not given for Airport Pickups, 36 hours for Charterd limousine and two(2) weeks for Wedding reservations.


3-Waiting Time $60.00 per hour ($15.00 every 15 minute increment) up to chartered car rate. A grace period of 15 minutes is given to all pick ups. After that there is a charge depend on the type the vehicle for each additional15 minutes interval.

4-A late airline arrival is not considered a "no show" or insufficient notice. You MUST call Chicago national  Limousine at  (866)-210-3529 , within 30 minutes of a flight's arrival. Failure to do so may result in a No Show charge.

5-For Airport Arrivals please call  (866)-210-3529  as soon as you retrieve your luggage to direct you to the vehicle, please allow 5 to 15 minutes waiting time from the time you call.


6.  Special Rates and Destinations Because of the added time to get in and out of the following areas, an additional $35.00 will be added to the rate. Excess waiting time charges will still apply. Ravinia Park, Allstate Arena, Rosemont Theatre, United Center, Solider Field, Wrigley Field, US Cellular Field, Auditorium Theatre (70 E. Congress) Arie Crown Theatre (McCormick Place), Navy Pier (special events), Civic Opera House and Symphony Hall. We do recommend, for your convenience, you use our charter car service for these events.



7- There is a $10 extra fee for reservations between 12:00 am and 5:00 am.

8. We apologize, but Chicago National Limousine cannot supply any form of alcoholic beverage. However, passengers of legal age may bring their own beverages with them into the limousine.
